247 Creative has been commissioned to develop an online greetings eCards system for a client based in Selsey, West Sussex.
The Birthday Site will be officially launched in Q1 2007, and will provide visitors with a rich experience that will set a new benchmark for the delivery and viewing of electronic greetings cards to celebrate a huge variety of events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, examinations and much much more.
The site has been designed with accessibility and usability in mind, and as such will be fully W3C standards-compliant, and feature a wealth of professionally designed Flash animated cards. Exciting functionality such as the ability for users to send notifications of cards to their recipients via SMS text messages will be built into the site, as well as full customisation and personalisation of greetings with “live” previewing.
